1. Payment must be made online.
2. Online registrations will be accepted with credit card payment only.  Credit card processing fees are paid by the registrant.
3. Online registration will be CLOSED 5 business days in advance of season start Assessment Day to prepare rosters and schedules.  Registrations after this time will be at full regular season rates.
4. New players will not be accepted into the house league after the registration deadine - special circumstances excepted with pre-approval from the league Directors.
5. Late registrations will be accepted at the regular season rate until the registration deadline - NO pro-rated amounts will be applied.
6. Early Bird rates do not apply unless specified.
7. Payment and completed registration form must be received on or before stated deadlines to receive Early Bird or Pre-registration discounts - otherwise regular rates will apply.
8. Large Family Discounts (5+children/foster children) will be made by exception upon approval from YNBA.
9. Families may request financial assistance from Canadian Tire Jumpstart.  In certain circumstances you can apply to the YNBA by emailing a request explaining the circumstances.
10. All house league teams will be capped at 10 players per team

Cancellation Policy

• For Rookies, Novice and Atom divisions:  There is a $25 fee for cancellations prior to 7 days before Assessment Day.  Within 7 days of Assessment Day there will be a $25 fee and prorated refund depending on when cancellation occurs. 
• For Bantam, Midget and Juvenile divisions:  There is a $25 fee for cancellations prior to 7 days before Assessment Day.  There is no refund for cancellations within 7 days of Assessment Day.
• Refunds will be considered for injuries on a case to case basis.     

• There is a $25 fee for cancellations prior to 7 days before start date.  Within 7 days of start date, there will be no refunds.
