Cost: $208.00 Aurora Resident/$249 Non-Resident (includes a t-shirt, reversible jersey and a ball)

Girls Ages 8 - 12 : 9 am - 4 pm (30 spots)

This camp focuses on girls who are interested in learning the game of basketball, developing their skills and building confidence.  The emphasis will be on individual skill development and learning the basic team concepts of basketball in a fun, interactive environment.  The campers will also develop leadership and initiative skills through collaborative and empowerment activities.  Participants will be both in the gym and outside on the field at some points during the camp.  This is for GIRLS ONLY and no experience is necessary. We are proud to play like girls!!

The camp facilitator is Jackie Zicaro, who is a Health and Physical Education teacher and coach at Dr. Denison S. S.  She is a coach with the YNBA, and a Coach Developer for Basketball Canada's Coaching Certification Program.
